Dyno Tuned, Hutter Preformance VVT-3
Had the 10 L99 Retuned, had a Varaurm intake installed. They ended up changing the spark plugs. Pics

When the car was tested on the Dyno before any changes the AFR was 5.1 and 5.2 so they pulled the plugs. Not sure what they mean by IPS had the Convertor locking in 4th gear, I thought that was a good thing? Basically IPS Had that tune all fked up. The RPM's no longer jump up and down at 1 speed now, very smooth. I Think Mr. Hutter Turned it for a 160 stat, said at idle, the water pump is spinning to slow and the motor is over heating and pulling timing from the 25% pulley , said to get a 160 stat put in ASAP.

Congrats on the power gains. But 5.1 or 5.2 Afr would be impossible for the engine go run. Also that's bs about the 160 stat. I still have a stock stat in mine, and has never been close to overheating. The numbers still look very low for the mods.

Maybe I read the Dyno wrong of the 5.1 afr? Also the Dyno they used is a Mustang, read lower numbers. IPS Dyno Jet was 438 rwhp, 400 tq. Hutter did get gains, changed shift points. The stat, I read the Jannetty, seen what others posted, my Conclusion, Dead horse and a stick sound right... The true test will be at TRP, have to beat 12.26, Come on 11.90's!!!

I did notice 1 thing, the airaid CAI had brown thick oil in the nipple on the tube, wtf is going on their? I thought that the RX can was going to keep oil out of the TB and intake, yes I know that is working, but the hose is from the clean side of the PCV going into the orange/red coupler for the vararam now (1 that was going to the airaid tube). Now that oil is closer to the TB.

The rx can is a dirty side filtration I believe. The new 1le pcv setup is for the clean side. It works!
