Could be. I know at first, a lot of ZLs were not living up to their reputation...many were running SS times, or slower.

Yep, if you go to the track often, you'll see plenty of them (ZL1s) running 13s in the 1/4 mile, and some of their trap speeds are just barely higher than the stock SS's?

She got to 101.69. I behind her car about to race a Shelby when she did that and I actually cheered that she broke the 100 mph barrier. I got mine up to 99.30 against the Shelby. 60' times were extremely bad for us though. When we first got there we ran through a butt load of mud, I took the cars to one of the access roads and did a good burnout to get majority of the mud off. They did have a problem though since they came over the PA and told people to clean their tires off due to the dirt getting on the track.

Awesome! With some gears and good launch mustang should be deep in the 13's! The G35 did 13.7 at only 100 mph one of the runs with 2.1 60 foot, so 101 trap for the mustang should be good for 13.7-13.9 (with some gears maybe better) and 2.3 or better 60 foot. Bench racing haha but just saying the power is there for 13's.

Oddly enough my best trap in the Accord was 101.6 too! But 2.38 60 foot gave a 14.003 run... You are right there!

His tuned Camaro's best time was 13.4 @ 107 mph!
