I got an email Friday night from Jeff. He wanted to know if I'd be interested in putting my new projector headlights in on Saturday even though it was a late notice. He said Bob would also be there to help.

Their experience and knowledge proved to be very valuable. I had acquired several different parts to do one mod. In my case, this was a bad idea. I bought parts from different vendors that were not compatible, so my mod had to have a mod. Lesson learned, think things through before you pull your credit card out. It will save time and money.

But the good news!! I was able to do most of what I wanted and the results are outstanding. NEW PROJECTORS INSTALLED!

My wife and I took a late night drive to see if I could notice any difference. Even though I still have halogen bulbs, going from reflector to projector did make a big difference in performance. If fact, so big I think I will forgo installing an HID kit.

Check out the before and after look. Once again, I can't thank Jeff and Bob enough for their willingness to take time on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to help this ol' man out. But for me - it was like CHRISTMAS!!

One of my side skirts blew off today.I went to Lowes and when I came out I noticed that the skirt was missing.All I could see was a bunch of black goop that was holding it on.I went home and got my truck to retrace my steps and found it in a median between the frontage road and the freeway.It was still in one piece,but the back part that goes in the fender well was split and the rest of it is pretty scuffed up.I have a call into my insurance and to the place that installed it.

Marilyn Monroe had that problem too, her skirt was always flying up.

hey long time no type. I haven't been on here in a lil while (computer issues). anyways I want to give a quick update. I got my transmission and clutch. now im getting ready to put them in.

Time for the big reveal, or part of it. Got the back wall of the garage done, except for a few things. Next is the side wall, but I need to get out the artist brushes for that. Time to start saving for the floor tiling
