SIXJAK, You have me sold. I LOVE the sound of the DTS paired with the long tubes.. I talked to Tommy from ARK and he tols me $899 plus $110 for shipping... Seems like a good deal to me considering i saw around $1,200. Deffinately a fan of the burnt tips, how do you like the look? Glad to see your satisfied with your new setup! Been waiting to hear it, and im sold!!

The question wasn't directed to me...BUT the blue tips are freaking nice. It's a weird mix of subtle and bold at the same time.

I was in a restaurant the other day sitting in a spot where I could see my car. I watched a group of four 2 (young married's prolly on a night out without the kids) walk out to their minivan parked 2 slots away. I saw one of the guys stop behind my car and start looking and then he must have said something to the rest cuz they all stopped, turned around and looked. The guy bent down and about a foot away from my left tail pipe did a circular motion around it. He obviously tripping over the burnt tips. I saw a GTR last week at the car wash with the new Techno Blue tips on it. It was a quad set up. I noticed it too late as in he was leaving. Wished I could have snapped a couple of pics. Sounded very nice though.

Where did you get the Hi flow cats and how did you install them? I was looking at long tube setup with DTS exhaust also

Most LT's come with HFC's. OBX is the only maker that I know of that doesn't offer them. ARH, Stainless Works, BBK all offer their headers with or without cats, as well as ceramic coated etc.

Is there any videos showing the exhaust at full, medium and light throttle and drive bys?

Even with my Magnaflow X-pipe I am noticing rasp with my setup..

So glad I found this thread. Researching exhausts for my LLT and this has me sold. No discernible rasp and IMHO it has a distinctly European sports car sound.

The ARK DTS exhaust is great! Handles rasp and drone very well. Just remember that the videos posted here from SIXJAK also included headers, which make a big big difference in the sound.
