Best compliment you've ever gotten on your car?

Last week I was backing out of the garage as a dad carrying a small boy on his shoulders passed on the sidewalk. The little kid, who couldn't have been more than about 4 years old, pointed at my car and yelled "I want that car!" They stopped where they were and watched me back out of the driveway and drive away. I hope they still make a Camaro when that kid is old enough to buy one.

Just in the past week - at a stop light, had a young kid in a beater of a jeep look over at me and nod his head and he's eyin' my car up and down, my builder came to my new house to do some light repair work and as he's walking up the drive way he says "man! I LOVE that car! " My fav thing though is passing other Camaro drivers on the road, you get the finger point and the nod.. love it. I'm also known at work as "Camaro Man" or "The Boy With The Sexy Car" Had a kid in a BMW 1 series try to egg me on and race on the interstate this week too..

The best compliment was also the first i got on the car. I snapped a phone pic at the dealership as they were detailing it right after I bought it. I sent the pic to my wife. The text I got back was.. OMG, that makes me wet... You're F!$#ing me in that!! lol

For me several times now while headed home or to work. Young kids point at the car and if the top is down yell. I like you car!!!

To me children are very blunt and honest. To me that is a nice compliment because they are just saying it because of what they see and nothing more like cost, V8, etc.

When I was leaving work one day (I'm office manager at a restaurant), I got in my car and a customer was pulling up in a crossover. Probably late 40's, early 50's... as I was closing my door, she walked up to me and said, "I lost my virginity in a car like that - very nice!"

She was actually kind of a MILF, I was ready to say, "You want to relive that???" but she was already gone before I could think of a witty remark, so all I could give her was an awkward chuckle.

i was in the drivethru at jackbox and this kid comes out when i was giving my order and says "wow thats a sick car" and keeps looking at the car hehe . tht same day when i got home i revved the engine a couple times cuz i just installed a new cai and there was workers down the street that started waving at me and getting all excited hehe

I was driving through a parking lot last weekend and overheard a small child tell his father that "It looks like Bumblebee, but it's red".

This was an Inferno Orange SS RS with black stripes.

I had a guy in an Audi R8 convertible...He and I were doing some spirited driving). Afterwards, when we were slowing down, he motioned for me to roll my window down, he says very suprised but in a good way, "Damn, that thing is a beast! Nice ride!"
That made my week. I'm thinking, this guys car is worth 5 times mine and he said to me "nice ride" haha
Also, I was at a gas station a few wks ago and a guy in a 650 CI BMW, come up and talk to me for about 10 mins asking all about my car.
For me, those were the two best compliments.
