That was my first reaction. As my boys understand, "No drinking or eating in the Camaro's!"

That said, I think the tranny hump will offer the best location without altering any of the existing interior so manufacturing something would be the way to go.

if the situation occurs .. ide rather them sit uncomfy and have ther drinks placed rather than to have them hold it uncomfy and spill it .

i would throw water on the fire if i ever told the females 'stop no drinks i dont want it to spill' especially if they were sippn on mix drinkss

I am suprised you dont have anything back behind the panel. I cut in 6.5 speakers in mine and had to cut out some black foam that was behind mine. Girl can drink in the car but the price is really expensive for spills.

so u had trouble mounting the speakers? did u wire them to the rest of the speakers? im no good w.electrical

and a spill could be cleaned up easily .unless u spill on electrical or on light gray interior

Easy job just added either a line converter or go to ******** and get a preamp harness.

and yes a change-holder would be a good idea too
