I would have ordered that blue if it was available. I wanted a ZL1 in some shade of medium blue metallic to go along with the torch red with black stripes GT500 I already have. Blue ray metallic is just too dark for me. I wanted the ECF to stand out from the body color, so black and AGM (and BRM) were out. I'm not a fan of white cars and I wanted a bright, sporty color (sporty car needs sporty color, right?). The ZL1 looks great in SIM, but I already have a 2001 Mustang SVT Cobra in mineral grey metallic. Both reds are out since my GT500 is red. That left just rally yellow or IOM. Both colors are nice, but the yellow is just a bit too much on a car the size of a Camaro (a huge expanse of yellow from the side view). So I chose IOM for my 2013 ZL1, which is due at the dealer before the end of this month.

A ZL1 would be super cool in the Synergy Green or the Corvette Supersonic Blue Metallic. I do think I would lean on the Synergy Green side.

I would not repaint the car if I could help it; If I had my way I would like to see the ZL1 in Marina, Nassau or Lemans Blue.

If there was a Carbon Flash Metallic ZL1...my wallet would be in trouble. But since there is not my, VR looks good to me...with the black wheels =)

I think a medium blue whith some black wheels and black stripes would look awesome. A tad darker than ABM but way lighter than the IBM. kinda like the le mans blue? That would be awesome. I know ive seen a few 1st and 3rd gens that have a similar color to what id want.
