When Scott S. was at our show last June I mentioned to him that its too badthey are not called FBodies anymore and he pointed to the VIN on his pre-production ZL1 Vert and said sure they are the 4th character is an F.

If the FBod Godfather says its an F car then it still is

And yes, it does matter what platform it is built on. It is a Zeta platform, not an F platform. The F was put there for nostalgia, and if you care that much about it, you need to see a doctor about your OCD.
