I have four stock wheels from a 1995 S-10 Blazer just sitting in my garage. They need a little TLC, but they're in pretty solid condition considering their age. I'll see if I can get some photos later if you'd like...

They're these style but with chrome center caps:

What would you have to have for them?

I dunno, $200. I have no idea how I would get them to you, though

And you would definately want to see photos before you commit to them. I'm not saying they're destroyed or anything, but they do need some work to be back to looking 100% perfect.

I thought about plastic dipping the ones it has on it after removing the center caps on all 4 wheels, I have some old centers from my El Camino that slip in from behind to cover the hub. And I also think it has chrome lug nuts already on the wheels. At least the ones missing the center caps have them.
I'll keep yours in mind as a backup plan.

All small used trucks are expensive as hell.

I want to get rid of my 01 extended cab ranger for a 4 door Colorado/Canyon eventually, but after looking at prices I realize I may have to spend considerably more than I had initially thought. I may have to go with something different, but I don't need a fullsize. I don't need a truck to haul/tow heavy stuff. I do use the bed fairly often though and want as good or better mileage than I'm getting with my Ranger now.

Even basic 4 door NON 4 wheel drive versions with 80 - 100 thousand miles go for 10 - 12 grand or more. Local dealer has a 2008 model, 2 wheel drive, basic interior package, with a 4 cylinder engine and over 40,000 miles (good miles for an 08 I realize) and they want 19 grand for it. Holy crap.
