Used to race every weekend at my local track growing up, a little 1000 foot strip, but I haven't hit a drag strip in 6 years. I'm going on Friday with my loverly wife to make some "shakedown" runs in my stock SS. Anyone else racing out there this weekend? I'd be happy to do pit work as well if anyone needs a hand. Just don't know many people around here, would like to meet some folks and do some racin'.

This weekend is NHRA. Unless you have 10,000hp, you aint runnin! Lol!

come and check out our club.
free to join and all GM perfomance is allowed.
heavy drag racing group as well.

There is also H-Town Camaros who are mainly all 5thgens and are very active as well.

try checking out these car clubs there is ALWAYS something going on with 1 of the groups.

Didn't look close enough at the schedule. Ugh...

And Sealy ain't running TNT. And I don't want to run 1/8.

Edit: I might run 1/8th, just seems like sort of a waste.

But I'd have to wait until the middle of May before Sealy has a test-n-tune.
