I would bleed all 4 and remember to bleed the inside and outside valves on each caliper

Good advise!!! Bleed the inner bleed ports first, and then the outer. Additionally, I would recommend the Motive Power Bleeder. Me and a buddy tried bleeding the old-fashioned way, but it didn't work so good, still had mushy brake pedal. After using the Motive Power Bleeder, everything was perfect.

You can use either the 0108 or 0118. I got the 0118 that has an aluminum anodized cap, and used the thinner gasket with it. Works perfectly!!!

I've bleed the brakes on a few times on a 5th Gen (mine and a friends) with both DOT 3 and DOT 4 and I did it the old fashion way. Worked without issue. Just follow the old...farthest away routine. Do the passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front and make sure to get the inner and outer.

Now would be a good time to upgrade to stainless steel brake lines and/or use Motul 600 DOT 4 fluid. It only took 2 bottles to do my DOT 4 conversion.
