You could just get a roll of tint from the auto parts store and do it that way if not big wormz has a kit

Yea. I have the big worm kit but its not dark enough so I'm going to go darker when I get my car back. Don't know if I'm going to get the kit again or just do something myself. Let me know if you do it yourself so I can see how it comes out. We can probably save some money over the big worm kit

My car is in the shop too at phil smith chevy getting scanned and checked out for misfire, leaking oil substance under the car, water leaking into my trunk from rubber under spoiler. Cross my finger hope everything goes good. Let me know if you guys need help blacking out the side markers all it takes is a little window tint, whatever darkness, and transfer with heat gun let me know if you need help doing the installs.

Is that what you did with yours? Because I was noticing it when we were doing to photoshoot a couple weeks ago. Mine really aren't that dark and yours are exactly what I want. When the running lights turn on, can you see the red and yellow?

Yea when you turn them on they work and shine through fine just depends on how dark you wanna go with them so you can pick up some window tint and we can do it heat gun makes it wrap perfectly around the light and cutto size

Perfect. Where did you get your tint and what percentage? I want to do exactly what you got.

Also, I used some Adams products on my stripes to bring them back to life but I'm not sure how it holds up because I got into the accident right after. If I'm not satisfied, I'm going to order new stripes. Just don't know if it will be a pain taking off these existing stripes and dealing with the left over residue. What do you think?

Chris, I hope they find what's wrong with your car and that it isn't too serious. Mike 2-3 weeks is nothing, you'll be back sooner than you know it! I waited 6 months :(

Sounds good. I don't know if mine will be more trouble because mine have been on for about 3 years and they are in the sun half the time. I only got 16k miles on the car. But yea. Let me know how it comes out. And I'm down for the tint on the side markers.

Yea. Headlight Armor and Big Worm are really good companies but we are trying to go the more cost effective way and Chris is really good at applying vinyls.

well chevy pretty much said F*** you were not fixing your misfire or driveability issue since you have too many aftermarket add-ons. too bad that i bought the car with most of the parts on it from the dealership i went too and they sold it to me with warranty like that and now chevy says this shit.

Not real sure, and I cant measure it because my car is at the body shop right now. However, I have 4" tips and there is still some room to play with on the sides. I would say anywhere from 5-6" in diameter for the hole on the diffuser.

Damn man. That sucks! What aftermarket parts did the car come with when you bought it?
