Wanted to get some input from everyone. I've been waiting for the Factory Reproductions "ZL1"'ish wheel for a while now and confirmed my order the other day for 10/11" polished wheels with a set of Goodyear F1 Supercar tires. I got a call today from a very nice guy at FR, who spent a good 10 minutes with me talking about the options, but apparently this first shipment of the wheels does not have the polished 11" wheels despite the initial manifest which indicated they were on there... every other finish/size is on there though.. of course! He told me since I'm pretty much his first completely confirmed order I have first rights to any other color or the first set of polished wheels to come in, which should be another 2 weeks.

I had originally wanted to go with the satin black but thought it might be a bit too much black or that it might clash with the color of the car since its more a metallic black. I'm not a fan of chrome, its a bit too shiny for my tastes.

So my options are to go back to the black, in either satin or gloss finish, or wait another 2 weeks for the polished wheels. Any thoughts on which way to go???

if polished is what you really want then id wait. other then that id photoshop the other colors and see how you like them

Forgot to mention that.. I was really on the fence about the finish to begin with!! If only we could have them all!!

I did photoshop up the satin black and I think they look damn good... I have a feeling whatever finish I get is probably going to look good, just having a problem pulling the trigger.

well im officially enrolled in a summer course. tuesday and thursday nights. wont be making edison meets from 5/30 to 8/8 unless i get out of class early. doubt that tho! hoping to make the thursday meet before my class starts
