I hope the catch point is very smooth. My dad's vette is very abrupt. To me it feels like an on/off switch. I am driving a vw 4 cyl. now.

Much smoother than the vette in my experience.

It is taking some time to get used to. Much lighter than an aftermarket 4th gen clutch. I had an Si for the last 2 years and am not used to this new clutch. Got to learn the engagement point.

Also... Light clutch to me. Traded from a G35 6 speed, and the comparison was black and white. I test drove the 2SS for maybe 1 - 2 miles, went right back into my G and it felt like I was pressing the brake instead of the clutch. Totally night and day, and the Camaro clutch takes much less effort, love it!!!

Haven't read all the threads to know that you got your car. Congratulations. When did you pick it up? We have been just a few days behind you so should get the happy call yet this week. Last report is that our train arrived in Kansas City and waiting for offload and 'hot' designation.

I've driven stick for 17 years and yes everything is stiff and sensitive when the car is new I've had 2 other new camaros and same thing. Takes a few hundred if not a thousand miles or so to ease up. I've actually stalled the car a couple of times not because I was showing up but because I was trying to be gentle on the clutch.
