How would you suggest they compare based on frequency of repair?
Mind you I currently drive a toyota... I am used to a 0 maintenance car lol. |

Id say this will more likely than not be reflected in the way the car is driven and taken care of. Both have very similary quality, though in the Camaro's IRS system there are more things than can go wrong than the Stangs SRA. Drive it hard and screw something up and the IRS will moretimesthannot be more expensive to fix just by being more complex. Of course, this is alot like saying getting married increases your chance of divorce. |

Wow, Yaletown? I'm jealous. I am going to be (hopefully) opening a business in Vancouver (on Robson, hopefully) and if all goes well I'm going to be looking at moving into Yaletown. I love it so much there. :(

They are no different than any other car.If the maintenance is so "zero", than why do they bother to have service shops in all the dealers? And by the way, don't forget to tell everyone how each and every toyota repair part costs 3 times what I pay for my GM or Ford car parts.

![]() True I had a 1998 Ford expedition that had 198,000 miles on it when I traded it in and it was still running fine. Now I have a 2006 Denali that has 80,000 miles without ever being in the shop. Both were/are quality vehicles. |

This is what I would hope to see that a ford or GM car can also do. I was ASKING if this is possible. Not TELLING you it is not. (I'll leave consumer reports to do that). Fact is, I dont care about reliability enough to buy another Toyota or Honda as they are the worlds most boring cars ever made. It's just logical an engine with no torque at all (camry / accord) would never have drive-train issues. Don't you agree? |

Kotton i apreciate your post but the Tundra is a new design only implemented a couple years back. (much like the new camaro...) I was referring to areas where the companies have worked all the kins out, like the camry or accord.
This is very reassuring. Thanks. |

Awesome. Awesome. So treat the car well, and perform all scheduled maintenance and I can expect a good long life from the vehicle.'
The media makes GM and Ford out to be so unreliable, but I never believed it. |
