I tried searching some, but not a whole lot of luck. What are the options you guys have used for your front license plate bracket that use the screws/holes all ready under the front of the bumper?? I thought there was one that could flip up.

My friend has a '13 convertible and doesn't want to drill holes. Yeah, he won his a couple months ago. It was a raffle for Make-a-wish in Omaha. He bought a handful of tickets at the new car show and ended up winning. Red LT RS convt.

Don't know why I was thinking the 7th, but you are correct. The Lindale Mall show is on June 8th.

Final participation

List that made it to the show (as YES) 9 plus 1 made it.

Thanks to all those that inquired to express interest in spending the day together.

It's unfortunate the forecast included threatening weather. I/we understand owners desire to keep their prized rides safe.
Special thanks to distant participant Paul with more risk (due to potential return home going west into traditional storm path), Jason-for venturing out after recooperating from recent storm repairs, Scott for showing up after being ill in the a.m.

Of course we got rained on driving (second time ever for mine), but was still fun. Thanks to those folks again for going, despite knowing the additional effort that would be needed to get the cars back in shape later.

Was nice to kick back and enjoy the cars, share knowledge, and talk to spectators (always meet at least one special that helps makes my day).

CONGRATS for Trophies going out to:
Our class:
First-Thirsty-Jerry
Second-Toesuf94-Scott

Was a great time at the Cruising for Camp show. Fun to relax and talk all things Camaro!

FYI...if any have not seen, (sorry Ryan... pre informing before you guys post) updated on Adam's events section, the are going to do a Detail Clinic at Karl Performance on July 20th.
I have seen the Adam's people do detail Q & A's with some demonstrations at the Camaro National, but from what I been told.... these are full on "training / learning / demonstration on all products, from washing to the very end.

Be a great gathering event also for all of us.

Will they fit on a ZL1 so I can just store it in the winter? I'd
bring the stock tires indoors.

Or where can I get a set of cheap-a** wheels and tires that
will fit just for storage?

Thanks for your help!!!
I know for a fact that the heritage wheels and tires will NOT fit over your brakes. Standard 20-inch SS wheels and tires should work for you. Or you could just put it on stands or blocks for the winter if you don't need to move it. Keep your eyes open on here...there are ALWAYS people selling wheels and tires.

I would love a ZL1 myself.

The Adams detail clinic would be great. I wonder if they want to use my car as the "mule" to get it all shined up?

I could donate my car and make them work for their money. 9600 miles of winter grime and spring slime.

hello everyone! I will soon be moving to Des Moines, as I start at DMU in August. I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts on window tinting are. I only want to go 35% all the way around, not super dark, but it seems the law is pretty picky on putting anything on the sides past stock...

Just wanted to mention that my ZL1 was stored in an unheated garage all winter and I have not experienced any problems with the tires.

The bulletin states it is recommended for the tires to be stored indoors at a temperature above 20 degrees but if they have been subjected to 20 degrees or less, let them warm up in a heated space to at least 40 degrees for 24 hours or more before driving. It also states do not move the vehicle when the temp is below 20 as doing so may result in surface crack in the tread area.

Cruzin,
I hope to get together some time this year at any of the car shows. Two CRT's side by side! That would look really neat. Keep my informed if anything comes up.
