Confused...
While I was looking through some pictures of a sold RS, I happenned to stuble upon something odd. The inside window said that the RS got 42 mile to a gallon. Is that right? I thought it only got 27?

Could be that since it was reset it got 42.
For example if they started it up and rolled it while idling it will read a high number.

It could also be showing "instantaneous" rather than "average". I know if you flip to instantaneous there are a couple places that I can get around 50mpg in my Z71 Silverado....but there is now way I could ever get that as an average....heck, not even half that.....

Liters is on one side and IMP gallon is on the other. Our gal is 1/5 bigger than USA.
And they measure it coasting down the western slopes of the Rockies.
