Thank you! Whenever I call my salesman its like an act of God for him to check with the ordering guy. Not so sure the $750 I saved off MSRP by going to this dealer was worth it!!

Hey Viz!

I have been reading about these event codes on this website for some time now and finally began bugging my dealer about getting one for my order. However he seems to have no clue about how to do this. Instead he told me that sometimes his cars show up at the dealership when he is under the belief it is still at the factory. The guy I spoke with is the guy who supposedly handles all the ordering at this dealership. Is there a simple way to explain to him what he needs to do to get my event codes? I would love to be able to track my order like so many other folks. I ordered around six weeks ago and it really sucks not having an event code. Also if it wouldn't be too much trouble could you pull the code for my order number? Pleeeeaze?

you're still at 1100

all he needs to do is go to the workbench, find your order, click on it, and then click on order history and it will show a break down of every event code the order has passed and the corresponding dates.

When you read this you will be mad .After my car spending 30 days in qc i finaly have answers ,All six speed cars are on hold .as of yesterday. traney problems ! this traney should have been able to handle over 600 horse with no problem .This is just one more thing that ford executives can look at chevy and laugh at. after three or more years or more .you would have taught that gm would have put some qc people at the venders .
