Back on topic, I work in the service Dept at Parkway Chevrolet. We ARE a Hennessey dealership. If we EVER have an issue, which is rare out of the DOZENS of Hennessey Camaros over the years, it is handled VERY professionally. There was only 1 instance where a Camaro needed to go back to their shop and they sent a flatbed tow truck and dropped if back off to our service dept fixed (dunno what it was).

EVERYBODY has their favorite local tuner shops and while some do good work, there are hacks around. Working for a service dept, we see hacked up Camaros! I do NOT drop hack's names in threads, it isn't classy.

Bottom line, HENNESSEY does great work. Are they more expensive than local shops....YES! But their builds are factory smooth and drive great + WARRANTY

side note: their facility is awesome and have way more than Just Chevy's being wrenched on. You always see Lambos, Benzos, Ford GTs and just an all around mix of everything. I did see an ARMORED 1000 AWHP Escalade that was to be shipped to Romania a few years ago when I took the tour the 1st time.

O.P.- this thread got sideways a tad, but you'll be 100% fine with an HPE550!

No blower on the 550. This is the one I am looking at getting in the future. CNC ported heads with upgrade valvetrain. Cam. Cold air intake.longtube headers. And a tune + Hennessey badges inside and out. I have a l99 and they said I will be around 470 to 490 rwhp and 550 at crank. Hope this helps. 9700 installed on my l99 and 9000 on the ls3

That's a lot of money for 550 HP. Guess the rest is warranty cost but if the product is good the warranty will never be used. Good luck and let us know what you end up getting.

Sorry haven't been on here much, we've been super busy.

Glad to see some first hand experience is coming into play here, always a pleasure to deal with the folks at Parkway.

We serial number all of our cars, warranty them, and there is a certain value in a turn-key package that offers the same servicability, and reliability as the factory assembly line. Plus if you ever sell your vehicle, instead of XX shop (that you hope your buyer has heard of) you can pull the Carfax, and it shows up as being modified by the same people who build the World's fastest production car, Hennessey.

Plus you get a free T-Shirt. Everyone likes free T-Shirts.

Bigbob11, we ship cars all over the country, for any inquiries shoot me an email mikep@hennesseyperformance.com

The HPE550 package was installed on my Camaro, I picked it up this last Tuesday 21 May, this is the first of the nomally aspirated HPE550 packages. I was told I was the first on the west coast. First, the car is AWESOME! I want to thank Hennessey Performance they are first class, very professional, I worked with Hennessey customer rep David Jette, David answered every question left nothing unturned. The mechanical work completed on the car was outstanding, the new hp is amazing, the car pulls way past 6500 RPM, idles wells and is very streetable. I would recommend Hennessey Performance Engineering to any car owner. The 3 year 36K mile warranty is fantastic.

Beg to differ, but it's not my place to sit in here and trash a vendor.
