T-Rex Phantom Grille, Upper and Lower (RJT)

Finally got my new grille on my Camaro. T-Rex Phantom Grille (Upper and Lower) from Apex-Speed.com. I plan on taking off the plasti-dip on the hood sometime this weekend - will include pictures without this plasti-dipped hood afterwards. If I ever plasti-dip my hood again, I'm going to glossify it a little bit so it doesn't have the dry/unfinished look.

The pictures don't show it very well, but it's uneven and I feel like it needs some gloss, also. I sprayed it on with spray cans, which was a mistake on such a large surface. I plan on plasti-dipping the hood again sometime later, but with a spray gun, as well as with some glossifier coating for a more permanent solution!

[edit] I might just end up investing in an actual painted black hood - I'm definitely digging the black hood with the RJT, though!

I've considered that. Might have to check if anyone around Raleigh NC would be willing to do it for a decent price. I just like the Plasti-dip option because of the 'modular' aspect of it, where I can just take it off if I get sick of it

I know this thread is old, but just a warning: It looks like the T-Rex black grill is powder-coated, and is very susceptible to exposure to sunlight and/or car washes. Mine is starting to fade already. Considering either contacting manufacturer or just biting the bullet and get it repainted better.
