Becky, can you please see if RBSWP9 has made any progress? Last week we were at 2000 and were expecting movement today.

Is it possible to make changes to the order without risking slowing it down or getting it cancelled? I may want to change from yellow to red.

hey becky. just got off the phone with my salesman. it does not appear that a rail car has been assigned and he is showing it still in immediate delivery status. said there has not been an event change since 04/30?? is he just not looking in the right spot or has my 1LE not really left the factory yet?

just when i get my hopes up....... QXGPNZ

I asked my salesman for a rail car number, he told me they don't have that information and that he cannot get it. This just adds to the list of inabilities of my dealership. I contacted my rep at GM and he told me my car is in Buffalo, NY and has to go to NJ next. At this point there is no railcar number, which I guess means it is on a truck to NJ... or it is waiting for another railcar (and there is no number yet).

You are not the only one getting lacking (mis)information. Hopefully your salesman is just looking in the wrong spot.

PS. I knew my car was shipped on Friday (may 24), Becky said so, but it wasn't in giant blue letters like this time.

just called chevy customer care and they told me that my 1le is still at the factory waiting to be put on a rail car. so much for it actually shipping. back to being frustrated. never shoulda got my hopes up. this sucks.
