I too regret the V3. I should have went with ECS's SC just because of the power it makes fast then the V3. I'm currently researching the restrictor plate to see if I can come close to the ECS. Beside that I dont regret supercharging my car. My last 4 cars have been boosted so it was just a matter of time.

I have a V3 Vortech Si trim ECS kit. You can pulley down, add a restrictor, and retune. Or add a nitrous kit to give you the grunt down low. Right now (auto car 2800 stall converter stock cam) I see 12 psi at 6200 Rpms, and it drops to 6 psi after the shift. Not bad! Not sure how low yours is at the bottom of each gear but I'm pretty happy with mine. 100 shot really gives it the snot tho!

I regret not going with a custom tune from the start, instead of thinking the canned tune would be fine with CAI and shortys. The result was 3 cracked ringlands.

I am 42. You are only young once but can be immature forever. My wife says she has 4 boys (3+me).

I do not regret supercharging my camaro at all. I have to budget gas money and tire money now but other than that. I like having a car that is louder than most Harley Davidson's out there.

No regrets. Only problem is.....you don't want to stop. First you think, dang that supercharger looks awesome. A set of nice headers would really compliment that supercharger and help with air flow. Hmm....a good Cold Air kit sounds nice too.
Dang it, my front belt is slipping just a little on the front, that 8-rib pulley conversion is the way to go now!

Although I already posted, I can't help but come back with my age since many others are listing theirs and I might be the oldest one in this thread at 67. I gave up on motorcycles a couple years ago due to too many non-repairable metal parts (in me, not the machine) and the loud fast car makes up for it, most of the time anyway. I don't think it's quite as loud as my neighbor's Harley, though. He has no mufflers at all.

Ya I gave up my Harley right after I was suffering from heat stroke traveling threw SD and got dizzy and ran off hwy 90 doing 80 mph. I broke my neck and had my neck fused. I hit my head so hard that it crushed all eight of my back teeth ($19800.00 in just dental work to my teeth).I Lost about 80% of the movement of my neck. Came within a hair of being paralyzed or dead. Doctor said I would never work again but I am stubborn and got the Doc to sign off and I went back to work. My wife was on the bike also and luck she only fractured her pelvic bone but other than that she was ok. So we took the insurance money from our bike and got us a Camaro Convertible and my car is louder than my Harley. Lol

Man, I'm right with you! I've got a wide glide in the garage for sale right now. I'm 62 and I am fully aware of my short comings such as weak legs, etc. I'm selling it before it kills me, this is coming from a guy who has rode bikes his whole life. My Camaro is a very good replacement for it.
PS: I bought my Camaro with the supercharger already installed. It makes a SS hard on tires at about any speed and I have 12" wide michelin super sports on it.

I'm 28...maybe the youngest??? I regret buying ZL1 wheels and not getting a supercharger. It's gonna happen but not until I get a raise at the end of the year so in the mean time I am going with a TSP 231/236 cam. Matt at FSP will be doing my install and tune. It's not a blower specific cam but he recently had a car put down 715hp with it and his ECS kit

I also regret getting a girlfriend. If I didn't speed my money on her I could already have a SC lol.
