Had this happen to me and have posted numerous times about how XM and Chevy can not get together on this deal.

My window sticker stated 12 months as well, and the website which I printed out also stated this. Chevy escalated the situation for me and got things straightened out before XM shut off my radio after 3 months lol. I then emailed XM(the link NYRfan posted), and a kind gentleman not only got my Xm radio back up, but gave me another 12 months for all the time and aggravation I spent.

XM has to be the worst company to contact via phopne, but emailing them was a breeze. Good luck and fight the good fight!

Just got off the phone with XM and they finally got me on the correct plan.

Thanks NYRFan!

That email address did the trick. They called me back in about an hour and had it fixed in about five minutes.

Which I declined to turn on...

I will say that the last time I cancelled for my DD it was much easier to deal with than previous calls. Got the sales pitch for reduced pricing but not good enough keep. Got a letter for $25/6months a couple of weeks ago but decided against it.

I bought my car new January 30 2013 and mine expired April 30. I just pulled out my window sticker and it says:
XM Radio + Service
Subscription sold separately
by seriusxm after 3 mths.

Very conflicting that some new cars get 12 months and others only 3. Maybe a difference between LT and SS?

According to the spec sheet it is only for 2LT,2SS, & ZL1.

Calling XM won't help if the dealer gave them the wrong information.

Go up to the dealer with your Window sticker. Should be easy enough. Otherwise, you will need to call GM.

Per SiruisXM and Chevy Mylink Email I Received. 3 months Premium SiriusXM, including the gas, weather and Movie, for the rest of the 12 months just regular Sirius XM. You can buy earlier but would not count towards the new subscription. You should receive marketing via Email and snail Mail.
