Guess what I just got a ticket for?! No front license plate on my sweet new Trailblazer... I've only been driving the thing for THREE days, and WHAMO, $110.00 fine. And also $160 fine for a burned out head light, even though it is still light outside. Can't a guy catch a break?

Damn no fix it ticket? At least for the light. Figure He would give you a break since you just got the damn thing.

The way it reads is that it is a fix it ticket, but I still will end up paying $158, and it won't go to my insurance, is what the cop said... It's the end of the month... Trying to meet quota...

I litterally sat on the side of the road pulled over for about 20 minutes. Imagine if I had been... *Gasp* drinking? DUI just because I didn't have a front license plate (and a burnt out head light)... Same deal.

Damn man that does suck. The last time I got a fix it ticket in Comufornia it was like $10. Very surprised its not like that here. Just think of it this way you got off lucky since you were not drinking. Sure that doesn't help any though.

I'm looking for a 64 - 67 myself. I would be happy with either gen. I would have different design ideas for a 64/65 than a 66/67. Beautiful cars. I dread the day I have to pick between a 1st gen Camaro roller and a Chevelle.

I bought my front plate bracket back in 2009 because I have 5% tint and did not want to give them any extra reasons to pull me over.

I am deathly afraid of cops. I just KNOW that f***er is gonna pull me over! Paranoia I guess... but it gets my blood pumping every time one falls in behind me.
