I had the same thing had to keep calling the dealer as XM wouldn't budge at all. Hell they even cut mine off. There was no way I was going to pay for it as I've been an XM customer for six years my car and the wife's CTS. After they cut me off I called the dealer two days later got a call from XM saying I was good for a year.
