On top of that. I can pick out the noise pattern on all of the exhaust videos.. even though it's not necessarily the same pitch. It's always in the same spot on falling RPM and has the same rhythm.

Idk if you've checked or if it would even be this but what about all your vac lines? One might just be loose or something?

I did check them all at one point. I just had it tuned a few weeks ago, so I'm pretty sure Jannetty would have noticed a vacuum leak in the datalogs. I would guess that would throw my LTFTs sky high.
