Congrats on your order! I really like the looks of the 1LE. I'm positive that had it been out the day I went to the dealership, I'd have one. I really like the wheels and the flat black on the hood. The NPP exhaust and 3.91 rear gear aren't too shabby either...

Crappy Albuquerque, NM Highways...
So, there I was, 0545 in the morning, headed East on I-40, doing about 65-70mph, passing a semi-truck on his left side, when from out of nowhere, he sends a snow shovel head into my lane. Absolutely ZERO time to react, other than to see it spinning in slow motion into my lane, my brain to recognize it as a shovel head, my eyes go wide in horror, then......WHAM!!! took it right on the fascia, just to the right of the left fog lamp. It punched a hole in the fascia, then proceeded under the car where it got wedged in between the sway bar end-link and lower control arm, pressed against the wheel and tire as well. After limping it off the inter-state and into a convenience store/gas station, I was able to borrow a jack from one of the counter employees and a really crappy pair of slip-joint pliers. 40 minutes later, after removing the left front tire, I was able to remove the offending piece of crap. Pics to follow....this is some

Yep, dropped her off at the dealer Wednesday morning for repairs. She's getting a new front fascia, sway bar end link, and front wheel. Should get her back by Monday, the 10th!!

updates
Been awhile since I posted anything, thought I'd catch up on a couple of small mods. I fab'd up some stainless steel covers for the fuse box and air box lids. I also had the guy who did my tuning, sign the passenger strut tower.

Catch can installed
I also installed a Mike Norris catch can, along with the separate clutch reservoir. The reservoir isn't plumbed yet, need to get the correct type of hose first.

Headlight Mods
Well, following in the footsteps of those before me, I decided to upgrade the factory LED that illuminates the "halo's" on the SS/RS headlights. LED on top is the factory LED, the other is the aftermarket LED.
