An update...

We have finished one of each assembly to plan out the rest of the run. One of the fixtures used for module assembly was not correct. Hopefully, it can be replaced this week.

Yup. I don't want to free-hand them.

Finally got to the bottom of the fixture issue and new ones will be run on Monday!

Looks like multiple file-format conversions tweaked the geometry enough to be a problem.

As soon as the fixtures are in-hand, we can start assembly. We'll need to see how it goes, but, I'm thinking a week or so, after that, to ship.

I think it's BS on your part to be playing these games for over 18 months now with your customers...... You wouldn't be distance cousins to the turds at G5 would you?

Why does the lighting look so fragmented? There isn't a way to smooth it out better?

Seriously? This is exactly why I am so hesitant at giving dates. So many ways for things to go wrong. We have all of the parts and are just waiting on our assembly fixtures to be replaced.

Thanks. Once we get done with this initial run, we'll have more info on the next one.
