800rwhp at the strip

Here is a quick little video of my 800rwhp Camaro at the strip. I was running Nitto Invos and having to pretty much roll off the line with barley any gas. I’m looking for a good wheel/tire combos for the strip to help my times.(any suggestions would be welcomed)

My best run of the night was a 7.28 @ 104mph.

This is a 1/8th mile track btw.

You need slicks or a 15" drag radial. Weld or Bogart. Pick your poison. They 15" set up is killer.

Thank you for the suggestions on the wheels.... Does anyone have any idea how much time this will knock off my 60ft and 1/8th.... In the video I was playing it cautious off the line because of my street tires.

I decided to order a set of these bad boys...

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mtt-3727r/overview/

I’m going to throw these on my current rims and then take it to the track. I expect them to do a lot better than my nitto invos. I will post a new video along with a new time slip.

Eventually I will be getting a set of drag wheel/tires, separate from my street set up, and ill swap them for the track!

Can you post your slip please? No reason you can't cut 1.40 60's with a 15" drag radial.

My car goes about 112 mph @ 6.22 in the 1/8th. With 732 rwhp.
