Dealer responded saying the car was scheduled to arrive at the dealer sometime this evening. They will have to do a PDI on it (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and may be ready to pick up tomorrow Tuesday, or as late as Wednesday. I am thinking there can't be more than 3hrs of work to be done on it to get it ready for delivery. I could be wrong, not sure.
Ordered: 4/19 TPW: 5/20 Date Train Location 5/31 Toronto, ON 6/1 Battle Creek, MI 6/2 Battle Creek, MI 6/3 Champaign, IL 6/4 Salem, IL - switched over to a UP train (was CSX) 6/5 Stuttgart, Ar 6/6 Mumford, Tx 6/6 Kingsbury, Tx (4:30pm) 6/7 Kingsbury, Tx 6/7 San Antonio, Tx (12:05pm) 6/10 Trucked to Austin, Tx - arrived at dealership tonight |

My 2013 2LT RS was shipped last week (Wednesday or Thursday?). I heard from the dealership that as of this morning, it was on a railcar in Suffolk, TX (a few hours away) headed this way. Starting to think they might actually have it in a few days but after reading how long some of you have been waiting, I'm trying not to get my hopes up just yet!

Car is ready for pickup (22 days from TPW). I am taking the rest of the day off.

Took about 5 days on the train from Canada to Suffolk, TX. In Mesquite (less than 30 min from me) the next day. And now, 3 days after that, the dealership just confirmed she will be delivered to them on the truck tomorrow!
Now I can only hope for an early delivery so I don't have to wait until Monday... |
