Morel and lunati are both the same, they have 2 versions the high rpm versions and the street versions then there is the SLR by Brian Tooley which aren't linkbar type and retain the factory bucket, those are a huge step above the Ls7's ( we call them Ls7's because there was a previous version when the Ls1 first came out, but NOW they are the standard across the GM board, just a Lil FYI). All 3 types of lifters are on BTR's website.

Hah. Just noticed your sig. You could be right too! I came across a bunch of squeaking race engine threads. Apparently you can get your exhaust pulse velocity and valve timing working together to make a squeaky motor.

So last weekend...GF needs a car but needs a 4 door...really isn't a lot to choose from in the somewhat price friendly that's bad ass...

Started talking about the Charger...

Driving to get dinner, pass a dealership, there's a grey one, 2012, chrome wheels...I call....asked the "salesman" how much...typical dealership douchebag..douchebag #1"we've had several people looking at it today, I'll have to check and see if it's still available, I'll call you back in 15 mins"...me "if you can't tell me the price I'm not interested"...douchebag #1 "hold on"...."41,900"..douchebag #1 quotes me on an SRT8 I didn't ask about...

Fast forward 2 hours....

On the way back from dinner ask her did she want to pull in the lot and look at it...it's 8:30...they close at 8 figured we might be safe from further douchebaggery...pull in...up walks douchebag #2..first thing he says "so you looking to trade up to something faster than the camaro?"....

It amazes me car salespeople make anything...
