Sorry about the car, it was one of the best 5th gens out there.
But an agreed value ins. would have saved you all the hassle. I have an agreed value on my vette through Progressive. And I would think most ins. companys would do it if asked. Sure it cost a little more, but worth it if the car is totaled, even if it's only like $5,000 in mods. $15,000 - $20,000 + in mods and your just asking for trouble without an agreed value insurance.

I'm glad to hear you got a ZL1, that is awesome! Congrats! Are you planning on modding it to the extent like you did with Kaylee?

Also............anyone ever get really excited about something? Your so pumped about whatever it is that you just keep going and going - eventually settling back down and giving your brian time to process what you just did? Kind of where I am right now. |

I keep a budget, and 99% of the time I'm honestly pretty good about it checking if something works with my budget before , well I wasn't so good about it when I was talking to Becky. Now that the adrenaline has kind of worn off, and I'm actually crunching the numbers instead of just telling myself they are going to work - I'm going to have to sit down with Becky and retool what I'm going to do. In my defense - I'm not the first guy to not use his brain when thinking about cars. Edit: and for those of you who are curious, yes it was the fire extinguisher that's causing me to be over budget. |
