So you see, there is no "Best" or "Right" answer. However there are "Better" or "More right for you" cams.

Your right Tbone but then there are cams that are NOT "appropriate" for a particular setup.

BUT I have always advise to upgrade while your going in like the katech timing chain, melling 10296, trunion upgrade, matching springs to the cam if its needed etc etc. Sone folks want to cut corners and then later kicking themselves for doing it.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

Think about the thousands of other people who hit this site looking for information...

From what I can see, no one is getting banned or any heavy handed actions by the mods...

All we're asking is if this thread is to be a technical thread then keep the off topic chat to a minimum...

if you want to have a lounge then so be it. But at the end of the day we have to make a decision as to where a thread belongs based on its content...

it has nothing to do with who is posting in the thread. It's simply our attempt to make the information in the thread readily available to those who may be looking for it.

Most people will give up on a technical thread when they see it full of off topic posts.

So how bout you guys cut us some slack and at least give some consideration to why we are cleaning up threads and sub forums.

There is an entire section dedicated to lounge'n and catching up with friends.

All we're asking is you guys try and keep it on topic for those that are searching for real information.

Too much to ask?
