Problem w/ Homelink and 2 New Chevys...
Okay, Problem... I can get the 2013 Equinox Homelink programmed and all works well... Go and program the 2013 Camaro Homelink, all works well. Go back to Equinox and BAM! Not working. Have to reprogram, then the Camaro doesn't work.
![]() Been playing with these things all day. Even tried different buttons... Same thing happens if I program the Camaro first. Anyone have any suggestions? Homelink + (2) 2013 Chevys + Overhead Door Model 2026 = Headache! I do have 2 Remotes and my 2010 Malibu is programmed as well. Malibu Homelink still works by the way...

Hello Hurst,
Sorry to hear of the infotainment concerns as I'm sure that is very displeasing for you. It appears that you are within warranty for these concerns, so have you been to a GM dealership for an official diagnosis? I'd be more than happy to schedule an appointment for you. Feel free to send me a PM if you'd like additional assistance. Sincerely, William R. Chevrolet Customer Care

I recently went through this (resolved this AM) after picking up my new ZL1. I believe the problem was related to how many devices were programmed. My garage door opener has a limit of 7. After that, any new devices will result in the last programmed device being cycled out.
I resolved by clearing out all devices from the unit. I held the learn button for ~10 seconds (until the light went out). Then programmed two remotes and two cars and everything works. Hope this helps. |
