So if I said I was selling a blue ZL1 for $50k but no refunds on my ebay page and sent a blue ZL1 hot wheels car there is nothing the buyer can do? That's the way I see it.

How far r u from Fairfield, CA??? Just wondering cuz if u need a hand with the installation I could help u if it is not too far.. or if u wanna drive to my place.. just in case u were like me that didn't have really a person to ask.. now to clarify I didn't need a second person but it probably would be nice mainly in the reinstallation to hold the headers in place..

Wow...that's crazy as heck that the seller would continue down that path of idicrasy.

File and follow ebays instructions. It will work out for you and his future selling on ebay will be in world of ish. People like that need to go away and it's our responsibilities as humans to help make sure we do what we can to help them get there.

I hate people that try do do stuff like this on ebay. I buy a lot on there and have only been bit one time when I was in High school when I bought a used block for my old 95 eclipse gsx. Guy said the block was in perfect shape and ready to drop in. Got the block and there was a crack in a cylinder. Guy did not want to refund me and I escalated it. Turned out the guy shipped me a different block then the one pictured. I won.

UPDATE:Well guys, I have great news. As we speak the money is back in my account and the headers are on their way back to me! Ebay actually contacted me and sent me a free shipping label to cover the return shipping! Shout out to ebay!!!! (it pays to be nice to the phone people!) The best part is the guy had no idea that when he refused my return via UPS that I would get refunded anyway! I CAN NOT WAIT for his message when he realizes what happened. I am going to make these headers disappear when they get back to me on Tuesday so he can't come after them. Thanks for all the support from you guys, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. Here are the last few messages we exchanged for your entertainment:

Yesterday the package officially bounced and today I called ebay to close the case and receive my refund. Overall this really was a hassle but it will not keep me off ebay in the future. I will choose my sellers more carefully in the future but it is nice to know that ebay helped me out and in the end I didn't get screwed.

Well at least you're coming out ahead with the trouble you had to go through. I never found anyone who restocked OBX Headers so I took advantage of a mark down and 15% off and got the BBK coated Headers for $650. They should be shipped out pretty soon and I know I won't be disappointed.

That guy was really rude. I hope you do out negative feedback on his account as well. Those are the types of stories that make people not want to shop on eBay. Fortunately I've had mostly good luck just one bad experience long ago.
