This is actually for another thread, but I wanted to show you guys that are exploring the Torque Pro stuff the track recorder. It's just a tiny video I shot on the way to work without changing anything from default. It would be pretty cool if I had a dash mount for the phone.

I'll have to get one of those. Good that it rotates to horizontal because you can't rotate the video record to vertical.

For $30 total... everyone should have one! It's supposed to have a transparent map overlay too. I haven't figured out how to get that working yet.

I'm gonna try something different here and ask a serious question.
Car: 2010 2SSRS. Engine cover/intake manifold cover removal for painting. If I understand correctly, after removing the engine cover, there's a cover over the intake manifold/plenum/whatever. It appears to be held on by 4 nuts/bolts, including those that hold the heater (or A/C) hoses in place. I wanna remove that cover so I can paint it to match the car (Victory Red). Is it as simple as removing those 4 nuts and lifting it up? Any caveats/warnings/whatever? Thanks, |
