Towing and securing a ZL1
Please forgive me if this has been asked, but I couldn't find any threads on this and if there are some, please copy the link so I know where to go! Thanks!
I will be putting my car on a flat bed trailer to tow to a town about 200 miles away. Does anyone know where the ideal places are to secure the car with ratchet straps? (Front/Back) Thanks again!

I use the factory tie down points with "T" hooks. On the front had to route out a hole in the belly pan, but looks like it is supposed to be there.

Don't forget to put in the front spring spacers.

True, but the spacers also prevent the springs from compressing while going down the ramps. I dunno, I guess I'd rather take the extra few minutes to put them in than risk scraping the splitter.

The company that delivered mine last week straped all four wheels down and put the spacers back in. He said since the car was not running the springs would compress easier. Just saying.

Thanks! I think I've got it! Will be loading it tomorrow afternoon. And I did remember the spacers. I'll put those on tomorrow morning or mid day sometime!
