I agree man. I was so surprised when I had driven it to my job once and ended up meeting couple people for the first time at job and one of them actually remembered my car by its number plate lol... my plate is not hard to remember but I really found that surprising as it stays mostly in garage and I don't really drive it to my job a lot since its long drive both ways.

Whether you have the base model or the ZL1, the 5th gen camaro steals the attention of many people. Nevertheless, alot of the less car savvy people always confuse IOM for red lol.

I love rolling 2 or 3 deep somewhere , especially when they all have alot of mods done to them. It seems like people lose the minds, some people will almost break their necks or wreck staring.

One thing I don't like the attention I am getting...going down the freeway and if I don't have a BMW or a VW banger trying to race me... I set the cruise about 4-8 mph above the speed limit and try to hang out in the right lane. For whatever reason, if the above BMW/VW kraut bangers aren't blowing by, people line up behind me like I am clairvoyant and can see a state trooper in front of me, or that I will be busted first as a target.

It is a burden to be a trendsetter, but one I soldier onto, as someone has to....it is a cross I bear, but don't cross the bear.
