Sorry! One person paid in full earlier, so, he shot up to #1 and pushed everyone down one. You are the start of the next batch.

Note that ZoMBiE_KMF backed out earlier.

Perhaps I don't know where to look in PayPal for an email, or else I didn't make the cut either. Would an email show up in the Overview section, or do we need to navigate somewhere special?

It's not actually showing in PayPal. He sent an email to the address that is linked to the PayPal account.

Thanks! Found it.
So Tony, in the email you said something that other forum members might also be wondering about... The email said "The flicker and sequential options are still being finalized. We will focus on flicker as it’s the most popular, and, most economical to install directly into the tails instead of externally (using several, hard-to-find Delphi connectors)." I'm wondering if the words about flicker being installed "directly into the tails" means that if I cut open my tails to install the DIY Afterburner Kit, will I have to take my tails back out again later and re-open the housings on all four again if I decide to buy the flicker option when it is "finalized"?

Not sent just yet. You will get it at the email address that PayPal has on file (just like deposit invoice).

The flicker and sequential options will be able to be installed into the housings, or, externally. I had hoped to have them both nailed down by now, but, production of the tail components and regular orders didn't allow for it.

We're also still waiting on one of the connectors to be produced for these options to be installed externally, after the tails are installed (yes, a real connector, not a bulb base and a boot). Note that the internal version will be less expensive due to not needing the connectors, terminals, seals, harness, and weatherproofing.

For what it's worth, opening the tails a second time is much easier since you would just be cutting the silicone used to seal them back up the first time.

I think the best path now would be to focus on the orders for people that didn't want flicker, and then work on getting flicker moved to production. I am only seeing six people that wanted flicker.

What do you guys think?

I am one of the 6 that want flicker. I don't want to regret not getting it because I couldn't wait. How much longer though do you think you need to get that finalized? I'm last on the list anyway. If you could give a rough estimate on how much longer it will take I can make a decision.

I say send out what you have and when you have parts to update them, give the best price possible to the ones who received the early version.

Sounds like a good idea because from what you're saying, it sounds much better to have the flicker components be internal to the housings from the git-go. I won't be decided about flicker until we see more about it, so I guess my kits could go to the next in line while you finalize the flicker concept...
