Oh, and I swapped the stock exhaust with the muffler delete back onto my car last night. The drone was killing me on my frequent lake trips. Sooooo weird having the car be this quiet now. Sometimes it seems like it's not even running. Still loud as hell at WOT though... so I think I'll just stay this way for a while and maybe get a good axleback someday to fix the tone.

Good news is I can sell off enough crap to make room for HPT now. Maybe I'll get on that tomorrow.

Along those lines...this may be a silly question but...

If I am replacing the gears with the 1LE gears, is there a necessity to also do a major install kit?

Are you just doing the gears or the assembled diff?

Only reason i ask is because i have the same question. Do the half shafts hook right up to it, or is there more to it?

I believe they don't, I think the 1LE ones are different.

I don't know if I'm going to make it or not. Was planning on having the car dialed in by now. I just uploaded Rhino's tune tonight, still need to get him some logs. Work has been crazy busy. If I make it, we'll meet up for sure.

Word. I'm gonna go meet up with those guys from heartland camaros at 3, then we're gonna come back to the show later and do the burnout crazy part of the cruise on douglas. Let me know if you're interested in meeting up.

So are you gonna log and give Matt a shot at remote tuning your machine? You don't have to use it. I need one to replace the JRE tune I'll lose when I unmarry the SCT handheld.
