i got a private offer yesterday but it was limited to 13s. Hoping it canges when the 14s are available. Unfortunately, i think private offers will not be available for us for a while since the 14 silverados are out and the current private offers aren't accepted on them.

When a car status goes into Shipped/En Route on the tracking site, does that mean it can't be held for quality? Meaning I should be receiving it soon hopefully
...
And I wonder if its being shipped to get the hood wrap and not the dealership. I don't think there is a way of telling.

Hard to say - it may take awhile before they are
added to the program. Gotta clear the 13's first

The Chevy site will always default to "shipped/en route" as soon as
it's built. We know that may not be the case. The 1LE's will go through
some status changes - 4300/4200 - while the hood is being wrapped. Our
stock 1LE is currently 4300-Intermediate delivery = hood wrap. Once it's
done it will go back to the plant to a 4B00-bayed status. Let's all hope
there is no long hold
