If you could just screen shot the pages or something because I have to show someone else also it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I'm not really sure how the carfax works when trying to show another person.

Carfax is about as good as the information is entered. So if that car was trashed and the person had it fixed at an independent shop, they have no obligation to report it to anyone.

If you are buying it from a GM dealership, they can pull their own data on when the car was in service and for why. If not, you can still go to a GM/Chevy dealer and ask the service mgr if they would be so nice as to run you their report. Some will, some won't, but can't hurt to ask.

I am a dealer and have autocheck. Just like carfax but the auctions use it. The report says there is an issue with the title but doesn't specify what. But it will not qualify for their buy back protection. It says no accidents and 2 owners. I would stay away. If it has odometer issue on title it will reduce value and potentially cost you a bunch if you ever want to sell or trade it back in. Or worse it could be a rebuilt title!
