I don't care what anybody thinks about the "ugly" taillights. Ill be picking my ugly taillights tomorrow with a smile on my face

I waited for the 2014s for a reason. Not to mention, I believe the tails resemble the 1st generation. Which happens to be my favorite

Congrats. It's still a camaro and if you like it, then that's all that matters.

I waited for the 14' was disappointed and quickly ran and ordered my 13'. To each their own.

The refresh looks like an upgrade by the side by side comparisons. Just really comes down to which one the new owner prefers.

I think most Camaro owners will wait till the 6th gen. The refreshed 14' is not really worth the coin for just being what appears only to be a cosmetic upgrade.

So was the 13 worth the coin over a 12, a 12 over the 11, a 11 over the 10? I say it will be worth it to many people but not to some just as a lot of people didn't like the changes they made in the 12's and others didn't like the my link in the 13's but obviously many people did.

Probably not. The only reason I got a 13 was because the 1LE came out which was worth the coin. Other than that I just see the price increases and it's getting up there in price. But if you want a brand new car, then you buy at the time what's new.

The new front is okay but looks pinched, flat and horizontal compared to the previous style's open, flowing sculpted look. When I read post after post saying "maybe if I see it in person it will grow on me" then I know the style change has missed the mark. When I first saw a picture of the 2006 concept car I didn't have to say to myself "maybe if I see it in person I'll like it"... my reaction to the pictures was "WOW, that looks bad-ass! I WOULD LOVE to have a car that looks like that!". Not only does the "refresh" not raise that bar, it doesn't even reach it. It just looks flattened and horizontal to me; not muscular like it's predecessor and the concept car.

In 2009 as soon as my local dealer could order I ordered mine SIGHT-UNSEEN having not seen one "in person" nor even the color I ordered. In about 3 weeks I will have had my 2010 Camaro for 4 years and never once, not even for a minute have I regretted buying it, gotten tired of looking at it or driving it.

My post is not a personal attack against you Scott, don't misunderstand me. It's just that the Camaro is such an American icon, and the 2010 style was such an inspired effort that I don't want to see that be the "peak" and everything from that point on becomes gradually watered-down, tame, corporate-committee-designed shadows of formerly great styling.

What Doc said is totally right on. the 14s are nice too, just not as nice as before. It's about messing with the brand identity too much.
