The performance chip on the IOM would scare me with those miles, The AGM with low miles looks clean.

The Cyber Grey one looks like the better deal less miles and cheaper but not as many features its all on what you want out of a car.

I like the 2012 ls models since I will have the left over warranty, steering wheel controls and updated engine. I would purchase a 2010-2011 ls for the same reason but it just makes since to go with the 2012. No matter what year 2010, 2011, 2012 the prices are pretty much the same for the LS. Leather seats I can add for about $1000 and the gauge pack I can add myself. Not sure what else I'm missing, oh the heated side mirrors are not that big of a deal. Fog lamps I'm sure I can add after market lamps. Most 2010-2011 models I have found do not come with the steering wheel controls so that would be about $150-200 out of pocket fee if I go for those years.

Do not rely on carfax- it is a joke and a dealer asset more than a sellers.. Take the car to a mechanic AND a decent body shop to look for evidence of repairs if you can.

How would I be able to take the car to a mechanic or body repair shop. Don't I have to purchase the vehicle first? Is there like a 30 day grace period or something for returns. Sorry for my ignorance...

Many dealers will allow you to "check out" the car for this, just talk to them about it. Try and arrange it before hand with the mechanic / body shop so they are ready when you arrive with the car to minimize the time you have the car away from the seller.

Most dealers would let you bring it somewhere to get it checked out.

When I was buying mine, I tried to avoid wasting my time looking at anything low mile that was shuffled around the planet as an auction vehicle.
I originally looked for an under $20k used 1LS.
Price point you're at, you might want to check out NEW before plunking down 20k and be facing repairs short term.
