Court cost in florida is $250.00 plus whatever the fine is....the judge will explain how it's mandated by the legislature and there's nothing they can do about the $250.00 ....it works really well for the state....it's cheaper to just pay the fine...see how easy that was....democracy at it finest

i dont know how the civilian law enforcement works but in the military we aren't allowed to ask anything like "do you know why i stopped you?" it opens up for self-incrimination. i myself have never written a ticket. everyone i have come across has been really respectful. pretty much i judge it like this: if you are respectful, no ticket. if you aren't doing more than 10 over, no ticket.

Traffic 101...if its a residential area it is automatically assumed to be 25MPH unless otherwise posted.

It doesnt matter what type of area you where in. You have said yourself that the speed limit was 35 then drops to 25. You were speeding and got caught and if he was fishing for drunks how come he got you. Drunks swerve and drive slow, you caught his attention by speeding. Again I must state what in the hell does pulling in your parking lot have to do with this, the law must still apply and you are not immune because you are close to home. It was already stated by Snow Vert about the illegal action of quotas and please clarify your statement about getting the quota legally. Are you saying that the stop was illegal and if so please provide proof. My two cents is that d-bags like you driving too fast gives all of us camaro drivers a bad rep, and that you deserved the ticket you got.

Way to be an asshole. If you want to drive slow, why'd you get a camaro?

if you want a chance to get out of the ticket you need to attack the way he recorded your speed , if he used radar ask when the gun was last calibrated, was the officer properly trained to use it again they need certification, and when he pulled you over you have the right to ask to see the gun with the recorded speed if he says he cleared it bring it up in court but ALWAYS be respectful things like sir, please google how to get out of a ticket many more helpful hints

Going 41 isn't exactly unsafe. Way to over exaggerate. It was an honest mistake for her to think it was 35. There's no need for you to go calling people names just to be a dick.

I don't know about Ohio, but in MN, quotas are illegal. T

lol, of course he was. I'm sure it was all about safety, and nothing to do with the lack of a speed limit sign. every day I drive down roads with histories of accidents and even fatalities and you never see a cop. but for some odd reason on the 4 lane divided highways (where I've never seen an accident) with a speed limit of 45 mph there's always 2 or three of them every day. it's almost like they know the speed limit is set way too low and people will exceed it. . my favorite is when they park right behind the speed limit sign where it's lowering from one speed to another.

face it, policing has far more to do with revenue generation than anything else. and your lucky, most places do in fact have quotas for their officers.
