Newbie here....just picked up my new Camaro

I ordered my 2010 2LT Camaro on May 18 and it arrived at the dealership on July 6..........was able to pick it up and drive it home on July 11. It is imperial blue metallic, and has a manual transmission and a sunroof. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the fact that I could not get a factory installed spoiler. They aren't available on the imperial blue. To me that just doesn't make sense. Do they run out of paint by the time they get to a spoiler? You can get spoilers on red, black and silver Camaro's. I know I can get an after market one but I would have preferred a factory installed one

I LOVE this car!!!! I am a 46 year old woman and have always loved Camaro's. I use to own a 1976 years ago. I plan on keeping this car until it dies.

Looking forward to lots of Camaro talk!!!

Treat it right and you'll have it for a longggggg time

Anyway, congratulations on your car and welcome!
I haven't heard anything about spoilers not being available...are you talking about the high wing spoiler?

It is a smaller spoiler and I have seen it on the other color cars.

I will try to figure out how to post a pic of my car.

I don't think the color is you problem, you needed the RS option which includes 20" x 8" front and 20" x 9" rear flangeless, painted aluminum wheels with Midnight Silver finish, body-color roof ditch molding, high intensity discharge headlamps and RS unique tail lamps. Also includes rear spoiler

Congrats!!

Welcome and Congrats on the car!!!...

Did you order the RS package???...I have the 2LT/RS and my car has the smaller spoiler...

I plan on driving this car until they have to pry the keys from my "cold, dead, hands!!!!!!!!!!!!!...LOL...

Always regretted getting rid of my Firebird, but it wasn't practical once I had kids and car seats...

One thing I never did was drive a "mom van"...no offense, ladies or guys that have vans...but I have a bad back and neck and I didn't want to drive something so big and hard to manuever...

Now that my boys are older, I wanted a sports car again!!!...my hubby bought a '95 Corvette 3 yrs ago, which is for both of us, but he is the primary driver...

The CAMARO is MY DAILY DRIVER!!!...

I feel like the LUCKIEST PERSON ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!!!...I get to drive my "dream car" every single day...it just doesn't get any better than that!!!

Am I right, Camaro fans???...

Still trying to figure out how to post a picture of it. LOL

,
I love my Camaro too, sometimes I just go out to the garage and just stare at it, I feel so lucky to have it. The only person I will let drive it is my 21 year old son, and altho that may seem odd its cause he is the only one in the family who really loves it too. My husband says its a waste of money. what a dumb ass !!!

You're right!!!...it's time for us Moms to ROCK again after raising the kiddies...now we get to be "kiddies" again and have our lives back...

Don't get me wrong, people, but anyone that's ever been a Mom or Dad happily sacrifices for MANY yrs for our children as they are growing, but when your kids finally get older, it's time to be good to yourself again AND not feel guilty about it!!!...
