I personally would keep the stripes and replace the front and rear bow ties with the 60's retro style white "SS" emblems. Then you can remove the small red ss emblems from the grill and trunk lid.

If you are going to do stripes, don't do the same stripes that everyone else has. Go with something more unique.

Matte hood wrap, and/or no stripes at all... Black looks most sinister without stripes.

I was thinking of removing the stripes and doing a matte black hood but the problem is trying to find someone to do the install. Most people around my area suck so -_-
