These are a brand new set, never installed P13 bulbs. They are COB style LED's, and are 18W so they will be SUPER bright. These are a direct fit obviously for anything that uses the P13. I ordered these for my dad's 2011 SS, but he has the 5202 style socket.

If you aren't familiar with the COB bulbs, do a little research and you will quickly find out how much more efficient and brighter they are than the 'traditional' LED style.
