A shout out goes to all of the Camaro5 supporters who came to the GM Nationals last month. Sorry for the delayed posting...I run the bike show as well and I went directly into that once GM ended. Hectic to say the least! But hey, better late than never. I wanted to sincerely thank all of our 5th Gen. enthusiasts who came to the show, and I hope to see you back next year. We have a great show planned for 2014 with several new features and new guests and special displays. Thanks to everyone who supported the show and traveled (whether it was near or far) to make it to Carlisle. Please feel more than free to offer suggestions, let me know what you liked, what you would like to change, and if you generally enjoyed yourselves. Don’t forget, Camaro5 also has a free tent for nextyear!

I had a great time, as always, but I was a little disappointed in the turnout. It felt like a Camaro show. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I go to a GM show to see all that GM has. If felt a little watered down this year to me.
The turbo Buick display was awesome! I didn't get to meet Bobby Allison, it was a shame he couldn't stay longer. All in all it was a good time and the weather was perfect on Saturday!

This was my first year attending the GM Nationals and it will not be my last.... We had a great time as well as the rest of the South Jersey Camaro Club that made the trip to Carlisle, we are already making plans for the 14 show.
It was great meeting new people and seeing all different cars from all over.
Can't forget the burnout contest or the Bikini contest.

Glad to hear you guys had fun! I am making a big B.O.P. push for 2014. In fact, we will have a ton of GTOs (celebrating the 50th anniversary) so there should be some pretty cool stuff. It was great seeing all of the 5th Gen guys there - thanks again for coming out! Also, if you have buddies who own something other than a Camaro, tell them to come! Everyone with a GM is welcome.
