Ported throttle body
I'm wanting to go and put some aftermarket parts on my 11 LS. One of the things I'm looking at is a ported throttle body, but I'm being told I'll need to do a ported intake manifold then the heads to match the manifold. Is this accurate?

No. It would be optimal for extracting the max from your engine but it is far from required.

They just want to do both at the same time, both only takes maybe 30 minutes for both
